Record a version before sending it to a client, investor, partner or franchisee. Keep correspondence, assignments and development history alongside the original.

For code, include a release number. For design, retain source layers. For a course, retain the syllabus and materials. Keep know-how confidential and use appropriate agreements.

Your account collects records and downloadable evidence packages. An independent timestamp adds technical corroboration beyond certificate presentation.
